Gather

Gather the required ingredients and tools as specified in the recipe

Clean

Pour boiling water over all the tools to desinfect them

Add

Pour the juice into the fermentation bottle and add a teaspoon of yeast

Wait

Wait for about 10-15 days until the largest part of the fermentation process has ended

Filter

Filter the wine and let is rest for another 2 to 3 months until the fermentation process has ended completely

Bottle

Filter again and divide the wine over bottles; the less air in the bottle the better
